  1. To get this program working you need:

  3.  - ixemul.library v46 or later
  4.  - UUMAIL: assignment
  5.  - A TCP/IP stack like AmiTCP
  6.  
  7. To install it you can copy the executable popper.amiga to (in the case you
  8. are using AmiTCP) AmiTCP:serv/ directory preferable renaming it to "popper".
  9. Then you have to add this line to your inetd.conf file (ensure to have pop3
  10. service specified in the "services" file too):

  12. If you want to use its advanced options read the documentation included.

  14. N.B.
  15.  I compiled this version with the KEEP_TEMP_DROP flag since without it I
  16.  noticed problem with AFS partitions. If you'll not put the UUMAIL: assignment
  17.  into an AFS partition you can recompile it leaving off this flag.
